NATIONAL MONUMENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1987.

I, RAY McSHARRY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 17 of 1987), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Commencement) Order, 1987.

2. The 29th day of July, 1987, is hereby fixed as the day on which the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987 , (No. 17 of 1987) ( other than section 4 and, in so far as it relates to section 21 of the National Monuments Act, 1930 (No. 2 of 1930), and section 15 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1954 (No. 37 of 1954), section 26), shall come into operation.
