S.I. No. 1/1987 - Worker Participation (Aer Lingus and Aerlínte) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1987.

I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 6 (2) of the Workers Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Aer Lingus and Aerlínte) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1987.

2. The 13th day of March, 1987, is hereby fixed as the nomination day in relation to:—

(a) the election to be held in 1987 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Aer Lingus, and

(b) the election to be so held as regards Aerlínte.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations appoint 13th March, 1987 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in Aer Lingus and Aerlínte shall be received by the returning officer.
