Export Promotion (Amendment) Act, 1987

Interpretation.

1.—In this Act—

“export goods” and “Special Trading House” have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, in subsection (ICC2) (inserted by the Finance Act, 1987 ) of section 39 of the Finance Act, 1980 ;

“the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
