CONTROL OF BULLS FOR BREEDING ACT, 1985 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1986

I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (2) of the Control of Bulls for Breeding Act, 1985 (No. 13 of 1985), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Bulls for Breeding Act, 1985 (Commencement) Order, 1986.

2. The 1st day of November, 1986, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Control of Bulls for Breeding Act, 1985 (No. 13 of 1985), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Control of Bulls for Breeding Act, 1985 into operation with effect from 1 November 1986.
