LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ROADS AND MOTORWAYS) ACT, 1974 (DECLARATION OF NATIONAL ROADS) ORDER, 1986.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (No. 6 of 1974) hereby orders and declares as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1986.

2. (1) In this Order "the Principal Order" means the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1977 ).

(2) This Order and the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (Declaration of National Roads) Orders 1977 and 1980 may be collectively cited as the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (Declaration of National Roads) Orders 1977 to 1986.

3. The public road described in the Schedule to this Order shall be a National Road.

4. The reference in Column 2 of the Schedule to this Order to "N 70" shall be a reference to the Number of that Road as shown in Column 1 of the Second Schedule to the Principal Order.

Between its junction with N70 at Ballymullen in the urban district of Tralee and its junction with The Mall at Dingle in the county of Kerry via South Ring Road, Mulgrave Bridge and Blennerville village in the urban district of Tralee; Camp and Annascaul in the county of Kerry.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
