EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ACT, 1985 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1985.

I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the European Communities (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1985 (No. 19 of 1985), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1985 (Commencement) Order, 1985.

2. The 1st day of January, 1986, is hereby appointed as the date on which the European Communities (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1985 (No. 19 of 1985), shall come into operation.
