LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATION (SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS) (DUBLIN) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1985.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 (No. 7 of 1985) hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Supplementary Provision) (Dublin) (Amendment) Regulations, 1985.

2. Article 3 of the Local Government Reorganisation (Supplementary Provisions) (Dublin) Regulations, 1985 ( S.I. No. 128 of 1985 ) is hereby amended by:—

(a) the substitution in paragraph ( f) of "31st day of March, 1986" for "1st day of January, 1986", and

(b) the substitution in paragraph (g) of "31st day of March, 1986" for "1st day of January, 1986".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide for the continuation in effect until the 31st day of March, 1986 of certain provisions of several enactments in the added areas and in the excluded areas as defined in Section 9 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 .
