EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (PROPRIETARY MEDICINAL PRODUCTS) REGULATIONS, 1975 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1984.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Proprietary Medicinal Products) Regulations, 1975 (Revocation) Regulations, 1984.

2. The European Communities (Proprietary Medicinal Products) Regulations, 1975 ( S.I. No. 301 of 1975 ) are hereby revoked.

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1984.
