FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1983 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1984.

I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1983 (Revocation) Order, 1984.

2. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 212 of 1983 ) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to remove the restrictions applicable by reason of the operation of the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1983.
