Amendment of section 30 of Land Act, 1950. |
13.— Section 30 of the Land Act, 1950 , is hereby amended by the insertion in subsection (7) after paragraph (f) of the following paragraph: | |
“(ff) the vesting in the trustees of the scheme of the land to which the scheme relates in fee simple subject to any annuity or charge thereon of a kind referred to in subsection (11) and of any other property the subject of the scheme,”. |
