Amendment of section 3 of Principal Act (regulations).

14.—Section 3 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion in subsection (4) (a) of “130(4),” after “108(4) (6),” and of “232F (2) (a) (b) (c), (3),” after “210 (3),”.
