DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (MINIMUM PRICES FOR MILK) ORDER, 1982.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 43 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and section 22 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941), and the Agriculture and Fisheries (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 31 of 1977 ), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Minimum Prices for Milk) Order, 1982, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1982.

2. In this Order—

"registered producers" means persons registered in the register of producers kept by the Dublin District Milk Board;

"registered retailers" means persons registered in the register of retailers kept by the Dublin District Milk Board;

"registered wholesalers" means persons registered in the register of wholesalers kept by the Dublin District Milk Board.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

4. The Dublin District Milk Board (Minimum Prices for Milk) Order, 1981 ( S.I. No. 158 of 1981 ), is hereby revoked.

5. The minimum prices to be paid to registered producers for milk sold by them to registered wholesalers and retailers shall be at the rates shown in the Schedule to this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes the minimum prices to be paid to registered producers, as from 1st June, 1982 for milk sold by them to registered wholesalers and registered retailers in the Dublin District.
