GREYHOUND RACE TRACK (RACE CARD CHARGES) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1982.

Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 48 (5) of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Race Card Charges) (Revocation) Regulations, 1982.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 3rd day of May, 1982.

3. The Greyhound Race Track (Race Card Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 151 of 1980 ) are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
