Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1982

Interpretation.

1.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1976” means the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 ;

“development certificate” means a certificate issued under section 29 of the Act of 1976;

“waiver notice” means a notice issued under section 29 of the Act of 1976.
