Fóir Teoranta (Amendment) Act, 1982

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1976” means the Fóir Teoranta (Amendment) Act, 1976 ;

“the Company” means Fóir Teoranta;

“the Minister” means the Minister for Finance;

“the Principal Act” means the Fóir Teoranta Act, 1972 .
