S.I. No. 322/1981 - Worker Participation (Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations 1981.

I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) hereby make the following regulations:

1. These regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Nítrigin éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 17th day of November, 1981, is in relation to the election to be held in 1981 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) as regards Nítrigin éireann Teoranta, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

These regulations appoint 17th November, 1981 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in Nítrigin éireann Teoranta shall be received by the returning officer.
