IRISH FILM BOARD (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1981.

I, JOHN KELLY, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 of the Irish Film Board Act, 1980 ( No. 36 of 1980 ), hereby make the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Film Board (Establishment Day) Order, 1981.

2. The 14th day of August, 1981, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Irish Film Board Act, 1980 (No. 36 of 1980) .
