I, John P. Wilson, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17(2) of the National Institute for Higher Education, Dublin, Act, 1980 (No. 30 of 1980) , hereby make the following order: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Institute for Higher Education, Dublin, Act, 1980 (Commencement) Order, 1981. |
||||||||
|
2. The 18th day of June, 1981, is hereby appointed as the day on which the National Institute for Higher Education, Dublin, Act, 1980 (No. 30 of 1980) , shall come into operation. |
