COUNTY DONEGAL RAILWAYS JOINT COMMITTEE (DISSOLUTION) ORDER, 1981.

The Minister for Transport, being satisfied that any request made by Córas lompair Éireann to the County Donegal Railways Joint Committee has been complied with and that there are no further requirements to be complied with, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Transport (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1971 (No. 14 of 1971), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Donegal Railways Joint Committee (Dissolution) Order, 1981.

2. There is no reason for the continued existence of the County Donegal Railways Joint Committee.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Transport, this 13th day of January, 1981.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
