Description of assistance.

134.—(1) Assistance under this Part shall be of the following descriptions and is, in each case, so described in this Act—
|
|
|
(a) unemployment assistance,
|
|
|
(b) old age pension,
|
|
|
(c) blind pension,
|
|
|
(d) widow's (non-contributory) pension,
|
|
|
(e) orphan's (non-contributory) pension,
|
|
|
(f) deserted wife's allowance,
|
|
|
(g) prisoner's wife's allowance,
|
|
|
(h) social assistance allowance,
|
|
|
(i) single woman's allowance,
|
|
|
(j) supplementary welfare allowance.
|
|
|
(2) Assistance, except supplementary welfare allowance, shall be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas.
