GREYHOUND TRAINERS' (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1980.

Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 37 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) and also by sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say:—

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Trainers' (Amendment) Regulations, 1980.

(2) The Greyhound Trainers' Regulations, 1961 (No. 58 of 1961) are hereby amended by the deletion of Article 7 and the substitution therefor of an Article in the following terms:—

"The charges payable to the Board for the grant and renewal of licences shall be as follows:—

	Licence Grant	Licence
	Fee	Renewal Fee
Public Trainer	£10	£6
Private Trainer	£6	£3,"

(3) These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1981.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to amend the Greyhound Trainers' Regulations, 1961, in relation to maximum fees charged for the grant and renewal of Public and Private Trainers' Licences.
