I, RAY MacSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 (No. 9 of 1979), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1980.
|
|
|
2. Section 26 of the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 (No. 9 of 1979), shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order.

|

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
|
|
|
The Order specifies that Section 26 of the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 shall come into operation on 20th March 1980.
