AN ACT TO AUTHORISE THE MINISTER FOR FINANCE TO TAKE UP SHARES IN NATIONAL FILM STUDIOS OF IRELAND LIMITED, TO PROVIDE FOR THE GUARANTEEING OF BORROWINGS BY THE COMPANY AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS. [17th December, 1980]
