Membership of College.
|
3.—(1) Every person who is—
|

| |
(a) a member of the Governing Body,
|
|
| |
(b) a member of the Academic Council,
|
|
| |
(c) a member of the staff of the College,
|
|
| |
(d) a registered student of the College, or
|
|
| |
(e) a graduate of the College,
|
|
| |
shall be a member of the College.
|
|
| |
(2) Subject to subsection (3) of this section, a person shall not be a member of the College unless, at the time he is a member, he is qualified for membership pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.

| |
(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (2) of this section, the Governing Body may, from time to time, confer membership of the College on a person who is not qualified for membership pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, and any such person shall be a member of the College until the Governing Body otherwise declare.
