Prisons Act, 1980

Amendment of Prisons Act, 1972.

1.— Section 2 of the Prisons Act, 1972 , is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) (inserted by the Prisons Act, 1977 ) of the following subsection:

“(1) This section shall continue in operation until the 31st day of May, 1983.”.
