Bovine Diseases (Levies) Act, 1979

Short title, commencement and collective citation.

26.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Bovine Diseases (Levies) Act, 1979.

(2) This Act, other than sections 18, 22, 23, 24, 25 and this section, shall come into operation on such day or days as may be fixed therefor by order or orders of the Minister, either generally or with reference to any particular such provision.

(3) The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 , and sections 23 and 25 of this Act, together with section 18 of this Act in so far as it relates to that Act, may be cited together as the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 and 1979 .
