Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“authorised officer” means an officer of the Minister authorised in writing by the Minister for the purposes of this Act;

“the Minister” means the Minister for Agriculture;

“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Minister under this Act.
