Redundancy Payments Act, 1979

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1971” means the Redundancy Payments Act, 1971;

“the Minister” means the Minister for Labour;

“the Principal Act” means the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 .
