HARBOUR RATES (HARBOURS OF DUBLIN, SKERRIES AND BALBRIGGAN) ORDER, 1977.

I, TOM FITZPATRICK, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and after due compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) Order, 1977.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1977.

2. The Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) Order, 1976 ( S.I. No. 6 of 1976 ) (as amended by the Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) (No. 2) Order, 1976 ( S.I. No. 244 of 1976 )), shall have effect as if the rates specified in the First and Second Schedules thereto were increased by ten per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
