Defence to certain prosecutions underOffice Premises Act, 1958.

32.—(1) It shall be a good defence in a prosecution for an offence consisting of a contravention of regulations under section 13 of the Office Premises Act, 1958 , for the defendant to show to the satisfaction of the court that it was not reasonable to expect compliance with the regulations having regard to all the circumstances of the case and, in particular, to the passing of this Act.

(2) This section shall cease to have effect five years after the making of the first order under section 55 or, where only one such order is made, five years after the making of that order.
