4.—Subsections (2) and (3) of section 20 and section 28 of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act, 1961 , sections 2 (1) and 4 of the Courts Act, 1964 , and section 1 (1) of the Courts Act, 1973 , are hereby repealed. |
