Short title and commencement, etc. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1977. | |||||
(2) This Act shall come into operation on the same day as the Treaty referred to in section 1 of this Act enters into force. | ||||||
(3) The Minister for Foreign Affairs shall cause to be published in Iris Oifigiúil as soon as may be a notice specifying the day referred to in subsection (2) of this section and specifying that on that day this Act came into operation. | ||||||
