Repeals.

34.—The following are hereby repealed—

(a) the Rivers Pollution Prevention Act, 1876.

(b) the Rivers Pollution Prevention Act, 1893.

(c) sections 171 and 172 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 .
