AGRICULTURAL WAGES (MINIMUM RATES) (No. 2) ORDER, 1975 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1976.

The Agricultural Wages Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 17 of the Agricultural Wages Act, 1936 (No. 53 of 1936) and after due compliance with subsection (7) of the said Section 17, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) (No. 2) Order, 1975 (Revocation) Order, 1976.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 22nd day of November, 1976.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) (No. 2) Order, 1975 ( S.I. No. 257 of 1975 ) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) (No. 2) Order, 1975 ( S.I. No. 257 of 1975 ).
