DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1976) ORDER, 1976.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1976) Order, 1976.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 30th day of November, 1976, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board.
