Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1976

Short title and commencement.

12.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1976.

(2) (a) Sections 9 (4) and 10 of this Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed therefor by order of the Minister.

(b) Section 11 of this Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be so fixed.
