COMPANIES (STOCK EXCHANGE) ORDER, 1975.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 44, 45, 361 and 362 of, and paragraph 28 of the Sixth Schedule to, the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), hereby orders as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Stock Exchange) Order, 1975.

2. The Stock Exchange is hereby prescribed for the purposes of sections 44, 45, 361 and 362 of, and paragraph 28 of the Sixth Schedule to, the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963).

3. The Companies (Stock Exchange) Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 43 of 1964 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order prescribes The Stock Exchange for the purposes of the Companies Act, 1963 , and revokes The Companies (Stock Exchange) Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 43 of 1964 ).
