CIRCUIT COURT RULES (No. 1), 1975.

We, the Circuit Court Rules Committee, constituted pursuant to the provisions of Section 69 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , by virtue of the powers conferred upon us by Section 66 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 , and Section 70 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and of all the other powers enabling us in this behalf, do hereby, with the concurrence of the Minister for Justice, make the annexed Rules of Court.

CIRCUIT COURT RULES (No. 1), 1975.

These Rules, which may be cited as the Circuit Court Rules (No. 1), 1975, shall come into operation on the 16th day of June, 1975.

The Order, referred to in these Rules as being amended or added to, is that contained in the Circuit Court Rules, 1950, as amended by the Circuit Court Rules, 1954, as further amended by the Circuit Court Rules, 1967, as further amended by the Circuit Court Rules, 1972.

Order 10.

The sum of £1.20p shall be substituted for the sum of 70p in Rule 3 of this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These rules which come into operation on 16th June, 1975, provide for a revision in the amount of the fee payable to summons-servers.
