HEALTH ACT, 1970 (ADAPTATION) REGULATIONS, 1975.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 85 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Act, 1970 (Adaptation) Regulations, 1975.

2. Section 24 of the Health Authorities Act, 1960 (No. 9 of 1960) shall be adapted—

( a ) by the substitution in subsection (1) of the words "the South-Eastern Health Board" for the words "the Waterford Health Authority" and the words "that Board" for the words "that Authority", and

( b ) by the substitution in subsection (2) of the words "the Southern Health Board" for the words "the Cork Health Authority" and the words "that Board" for the words "that Authority".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order adapts section 24 of the Health Authorities Act, 1960 to bring it into conformity with the Health Act, 1970 .
