BORD NA gCAPALL (ASSIGNMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1975.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33 of the Horse Industry Act, 1970 (No. 19 of 1970), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Bord na gCapall (Assignment of Additional Functions) Order, 1975.

2. The following functions are hereby assigned to the Board, namely, all the functions of the Minister relating to the breeding, production and improvement of non-thoroughbred horses, other than the functions conferred on the Minister by the Horse Breeding Act, 1934 (No. 3 of 1934).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order assigns to Bord na gCapall all functions in relation to the breeding, production and improvement of non-thoroughbred horses with the exception of functions relating to the licensing of stallions.
