Employment Premium Act, 1975

Interpretation.

1.—In this Act—

“employment premium” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4 of this Act;

“the Minister” means the Minister for Labour;

“the Scheme” has the meaning assigned to it by section 2 of this Act.
