FLUORIDATION OF WATER SUPPLIES (LEITRIM) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1974.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 2 and 4 of the Health (Fluoridation of Water Supplies) Act, 1960 (No. 46 of 1960) and having complied with subsection (4) of Section 2 of that Act and having consulted with the Minister for Local Government hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Leitrim) (Amendment) Regulations, 1974.

2. The Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Leitrim) Regulations, 1965 ( S.I. No. 94 of 1965 ) are hereby amended by the addition to the First Schedule of the following paragraph—

4. The Ballinamore piped water supply.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations add the Ballinamore Public Water Supply to the list of public piped water supplies required by the regulations of 1965 to be fluoridated.
