CONTROL OF EXPORTS ORDER, 1974 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1974.

I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), which Act is continued in force by the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1974 (No. 5 of 1974), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports Order, 1974 (Revocation) Order, 1974.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 179 of 1974 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to terminate the prohibition on the export to all places of sisal baler and binder twine.
