IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (DUMPING AND SUBSIDIES) (NOS. 2 AND 3) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1974.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 21 (6) of the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act, 1968 (No. 11 of 1968 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (Nos. 2 and 3) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1974.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of April, 1974.

3. The Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (No. 2) (Anti-Dumping Duty on Calcium Ammonium Nitrate) Order, 1970 ( S.I. No. 217 of 1970 ), and the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (No. 3) (Anti-Dumping Duty on Urea) Order, 1971 ( S.I. No. 121 of 1971 ), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for revocation of the anti-dumping duties on imports of calcium ammonium nitrate from Portugal and urea from Romania, Poland and Portugal.
