Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1974

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1970” means the Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1970 ;

“the Board” means An Bord Iascaigh Mhara;

“the Principal Act” means the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 .
