Amendment of section 26 of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957. |
1.— Section 26 (1) of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “ten million pounds” for “six million pounds” (inserted by the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1971 ), and the said section 26 (1), as so amended, is set out in the Table to this section. | |

26.—(1) For the purpose of enabling the Board to exercise or perform its functions, the Minister for Finance may, on the recommendation of the Minister, advance from time to time to the Board, out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof such sums (not exceeding in the aggregate ten million pounds) as the Board may from time to time request |
