S.I. No. 319/1973 - Nuclear Energy (An Bord Fuinnimh Núicléigh) Act, 1971 (Commencement) Order, 1973.

I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Nuclear Energy (An Bord Fuinnimh Núicléigh) Act, 1971 (No. 12 of 1971), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Energy (An Bord Fuinnimh Núicléigh) Act, 1971 (Commencement) Order, 1973.

2. The Nuclear Energy (An Bord Fuinnimh Núicléigh) Act, 1971 (No. 12 of 1971), shall come into operation on the 30th day of November, 1973.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
