VETERINARY SURGEONS (REGISTRATION FEES AND ANNUAL FEES) ORDER, 1973.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 27 and 28 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 (No. 36 of 1931), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Registration Fees and Annual Fees) Order, 1973.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1973.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Ten pounds is hereby appointed as the amount of the fee payable under section 27 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 .

4. Ten pounds is hereby appointed as the amount of the fee payable under section 28 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to fix at ten pounds the registration and annual fees payable to the Veterinary Council of Ireland by veterinary surgeons.
