Amendment of section 2 of Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966. |
2.— Section 2 of the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966 (as amended by the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1971 ), shall have effect in relation to each of the financial years ending on the 31st day of March, 1973, and on the 31st day of March, 1974, respectively, and accordingly the reference in that section (as so amended) to seven consecutive financial years shall be construed as a reference to nine consecutive financial years. |
