APPOINTMENT OF DAY FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 19 ORDER, 1972.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 19 (9) of the Fóir Teoranta Act, 1972 (No. 1 of 1972), hereby make the following order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Fóir Teoranta Act, 1972 (Appointed Day for the Purposes of Section 19) Order, 1972.

2. The 31st day of March, 1972, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 19 of the Fóir Teoranta Act, 1972 (No. 1 of 1972).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the dissolution of Taiscí Stáit Teoranta on 31 March, 1972 and for the vesting of the Company's property, liabilities, contracts and other commitments in Fóir Teoranta as from that date.
